Tango by the River Practica 128 J Street in Old Sacramento. Ed Loomis and Rebeca Basave will be teaching "Tango: Outside the Box" from 7:00-8:30 p.m. followed by a práctica from 8:30-10:00 p.m. While this combination class and práctica is designed for students with a broad range of levels, we strongly recommend that students have first completed Levels I, II, and III of the Tuesday night or Saturday program, or have specific clearance from Ed and Rebeca.
